DEI ASSISTANT, I FOLLOW THE LEADER STRATEGIC CONSULTING

Part-time assistant to the CEO that provided everyday support on company tasks.
Primary responsibilities included:

Managing emails, calendar appointments, and transcribing phone calls. Providing support on staff projects that help improve processes, procedures, and systems. Fact-Checking, researching, and Validating company resource documents. Independent project management that includes applying for conferences, managing the company website (GoDaddy), newsletters, content creation (Canva), and social media marketing (LinkedIn).

GRADUATE ASSISTANT - STUDENT VIDEO COORDINATOR, DUKE UNIVERSITY, MEN'S ATHLETICS - FOOTBALL

Assisted in filming practices, games, and other important events for Duke Football Coaches and full-time Duke Athletics staff members to assist them in previewing games and/or events to further improve game strategy. Experience in Catapult Video editing software, high-performance camera operations and care, and player recruitment planning and events. Responsible for training new students on practice, game, and camera operations.

Reviewed, collected, and analyzed big data on customer accounts to identify customer contact trends. Presented findings to respective leadership through curated graphs and charts. Created and Established SharePoint homepage for global operation employees. Decreased time navigation between relative sites and designed a functional dashboard to reveal key data points.
